Jillian is a business coach, consultant, and the founder of Wise Women Leadership, where she creates spaces where entrepreneurs and leaders can strengthen skills, focus on their passion and network. She is a published author, and holds a Ph.D. in Education from Capella University with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement.
Dr. Starman also serves as the Director of Education for Morgan Franklin Fellowship, a nonprofit organization with a mission of teaching people how to save, invest and grow their money. As part of this work, Jillian has created extensive online curriculum to help students become financially independent and to develop their business confidence.
